The Palestinian Authority is planning a worldwide diplomatic campaign in the coming days to explain the “danger” Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir.

As part of the campaign, senior PA officials will meet with Western diplomats and officials based in East Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. During the meetings, PA representatives will share with diplomats “deep concern” Palestinians that Smotrich and Ben-Gvir will enter the new government, according to the Jerusalem Post.

PA officials will include Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh, Deputy Prime Minister Ziad Abu Amr, Foreign Minister Riyadh al-Malki, Secretary General of the PLO Executive Committee Hussein al-Sheikh, Fatah Deputy Chairman Mahmoud al-Alul and others.

Some officials have already begun holding meetings with diplomats in Ramallah to present their views on the composition new coalition and Netanyahu's return to power in Israel.

Palestinian embassies and diplomatic missions around the world will also join efforts to raise awareness of the “dangerous consequences” appointing Smotrich and Ben-Gvir to key government positions.

According to the PA official, Palestinian diplomats will be provided with materials from various sources, including the Israeli media, about the two Israeli politicians, their party's ideology and previous statements, what they did against the Palestinians and Arab citizens of Israel.
