PA Ministry of Health: 27-year-old man killed by Israeli forces near Hebron

The Palestinian Authority Ministry of Health claims that a 27-year-old man was killed by Israeli forces as a result of shelling in Khalkhul near Hebron.
Three more men were injured. Two of them were hit by rubber bullets.
The Israel Defense Forces has not yet commented on the statements of the Palestinian ministry
