One million cannabis bushes to be handed out to the people of Thailand for free

Thai authorities will distribute one million cannabis bushes to households for free, according to CNN.
This will be done to celebrate a new rule allowing people grow cannabis at home, said Thai Health Minister Anutin Charnweerakul.
The new rule comes into effect on June 9th. It will allow you to grow cannabis at home, but the plants must be medicinal and used exclusively for medicinal purposes. It is forbidden to use cannabis for commercial purposes without additional licenses.
