Israel Defense Forces complete search and rescue operation called “Olive Branches” in Turkey and returns to Israel.
This is reported by the press service of the IDF.
“After six days, the IDF search and rescue delegation completes its activities, during which 19 living people were rescued from natural disaster sites. The delegation will return to Israel in the next few days,” the message said.
It is specified that military doctors will continue to save lives and treat the wounded in Turkey.
It was reported earlier that that a delegation from the United Hatzalah emergency response organization is also returning to Israel from Turkey amid a security threat.
