The District Military Court yesterday ruled that Lt. female military personnel will remain in custody until the end of the hearing of the testimony of the victims of the crimes committed by him or until June 1, whichever comes first.
After that, the defendant will be released under house arrest under supervision. The decision was made despite the opposition of the prosecution, which insisted on the need to continue the detention of the accused. In the near future, the prosecution will decide whether to file an appeal against the court's verdict.
