The narrow streets of old Jaffa have not seen such a crowd for a long time. The opening of the CREATORS space in Tel Aviv brought together hundreds of guests who came to see exhibitions created jointly by Russian and Ukrainian artists, meet the authors and participants, and congratulate the SNOB TLV project on this important event in the cultural life of Israel.

The guests were treated to two exhibitions curated by Eli Cohen with works by: Nikolai Sokolov (Ukraine), Olga Marshak (Ukraine), Alexandra Dashevskaya (Russia), Evgeny Kazachkov (Russia), Alexander Sorin (Russia), Alexander Kozlov (Russia), Anna Desnitskaya ( Russia), Arkady Marshak (Ukraine), Tatyana Xu; a round table held by journalist Vladimir Raevsky and a concert by famous musicians who recently arrived in Israel.

The aim of this new project, which involves creators from Ukraine, Russia, Europe, is to use culture and art as a platform for dialogue. In this place, repatriates from Russia and Ukraine will be able to work, create and even live. This is a platform through which artists, directors, sculptors, writers, screenwriters, composers, producers will be able to express themselves, where they will have the opportunity for creative realization in Israel.

Create together, help community members integrate into Israeli life – here are the goals of this unique place and its creators: the non-profit organization Social Space, which turns old buildings into centers of social activity; SNOB TLV – a community of young Russian-speaking repatriates involved in cultural and intellectual events and the integration of new citizens of the country into its active life; Genesis Foundation (Genesis Philanthropy Group), which develops and strengthens the ties of the world Jewish community; Jaffa Development Company – municipal company managing the assets of old Jaffa.

The following people came to get acquainted with the project: gallery owner Egor Altman; journalists Tanya Kisilevskaya, Sophie Shulman, Lena Russovskaya; director Yevgeny Kazachkov; designer Natalya Kanevskaya; psychologist Alexander Kolmanovsky; writer Linor Goralik; director of grant activities of the GENESIS Foundation Natalie Schneiderman; Ukrainian actress Alena Alymova; actress Yulia Margulis; blogger Nastya Tsvetaeva; theater producer Philip Vulakh; the founder of the festival Regarding Masha Nasimova; MART festival program director Liza Rozova; Deputy Mayor of Holon Mikhail Sutovsky; director of the festival “Afisha Picnic” Daria Shulga, as well as Israeli artists, photographers, artists, journalists, musicians.
