New COVID strain found in Cyprus
A new strain of coronavirus called Deltacron has been identified in Cyprus.
According to the local Cyprus Mail, this variant has Delta and Omicron mutations.
According to the head of the laboratory of biotechnology and molecular virology at the University of Cyprus, Leondios Kostrikis, a total of 10 Omicron mutations were detected in the samples.
