Nevermind cover boy's claim against rock band Nirvana is dismissed by court
In the US, the court rejected the claim of Spencer Elden, whose childhood photo in 1991 was featured on the cover of the album Nevermind of the cult rock band Nirvana. He demanded $ 2.5 million for the fact that this photo caused him life-long suffering.
In December 2021, the lawyers of the group asked the court to dismiss the claim, and also filed a motion with the US District Court, stating the expiration the limitation period, as well as the absurdity of the claims.
