NASA will start searching for water at the South Pole of the Moon

The American Space Agency NASA will send the Viper spacecraft to the Moon. The mission will take place in 2023, NASA reports.

The spacecraft is scheduled to land near the western crater of Nobile at the Moon's South Pole. He will map and explore the lunar surface and subsoil in search of water and other resources.

The Viper will be sent to the moon using SpaceX's Falcon-Heavy rocket. And the rover will descend to the lunar surface using the Griffin Astrobotic spacecraft.

This is the first comic mission to the Moon's South Pole. Before that, scientists have not yet studied this part of the Earth's satellite using lunar rovers.
