The judge made the decision to oblige Naftogaz to provide information and copies of documents in response to request for public information.
Published the full text of the decision of the Sixth administrative court of appeal on the disclosure of information on awards to employees of Naftogaz of Ukraine in connection with a victory in the Stockholm arbitration court. The decision was taken at the suit of the Ukrainian Institute for human rights to Naftogaz of Ukraine, reports the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
“Information about surname, name, patronymic, and position of all employees and members of the Board of PJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, who received the award in connection with a victory in the Stockholm arbitration court in a dispute with Gazprom on the transit contract, as well as information on the amount of paid premiums, according to the law of Ukraine On access to public information is public information and can be provided on demand on information”, – stated in the decree of the court.
Also, the judge decided to oblige Naftogaz to provide the public organization Ukrainian Institute human rights information and copies of documents in response to the request for public information dated July 4, 2018.

Previously, Naftogaz refused to disclose the names of those who received the award in the Stockholm court, arguing his refusal to respond to the request that the provision of such information is necessary to protect the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights.
