Unet Credit, an off-bank loan company run by former Israeli finance minister Moshe Kahlon, has reported a robbery at one of its branches.

The branch of the company on Harokmim Street in Holon was robbed. The amount damaged is NIS 3.5 million.

The statement reads: “The company, together with the security team, is investigating the incident.” The police are also investigating.

The courier carrying the company's currency was robbed. He was threatened with a gun and a tear gas canister. The courier resisted, but the robbers managed to escape with the money.

This is a serious blow to Unet Credit. The market value of the company is estimated at 58.6 million shekels, and has decreased by 68% over the past year.
