Modernа announced the extension of the vaccine validity period

Modernа announced the extension of the ModernаSpikevax vaccines, which are in Israel, for another two months (from 7 to 9 months).

After the announcement, the Ministry Health has issued a letter with updates:

Batch number 3005889 – Vaccines, which were supposed to have an expiration date of 03/01/2022, have been updated and the new expiration date is 05/01/2022.

Batch number 000032A – Vaccines with an expiration date of 04/02/2022 have been updated and the new expiration date is 06/02/2022.

Batch number 000051A – Vaccines with an expiration date of 08.05. 2022 have been updated and the new expiration date is 07/08/2022.

Batch number 000158A – Vaccines that should have had an expiration date of 06/24/2022 have been updated and the new expiration date is 24.0 8.2022.
