Misleading: Taliban bans TikTok
The Taliban in Afghanistan have decided to block TikTok, a platform popular among young people.
Inamullah Samangani, Second Deputy Minister of Information and Culture in the Taliban-formed cabinet, said that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology was instructed to block the TikTok app, “misleading the younger generation.”
In addition, Samangani tweeted that he had also been instructed to block the PUBG game.
