Military Base COVID Outbreak: Japan Turns To US
Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi called on US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to impose restrictions on US military bases due to the increase in the number of cases of coronavirus infection among US military personnel.

According to the newspaper, Hayashi made the corresponding statement during a telephone conversation with Blinken. Such measures need to be introduced to “ reduce anxiety among Japanese citizens. '' A total of 623 infected were recorded.
