Two street cleaners accused of raping a 28-year-old Muscovite on Veshnyakovskaya Street were detained in Moscow. The suspects are natives of one of the countries of the near abroad, a source in the law enforcement agencies of the capital reported.
The crime became known on February 13 – an eyewitness contacted the police and reported the screams of a woman and two men he had noticed. Law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene found the victim.
The investigation revealed that the janitors were intoxicated at the time of the crime. Against men, a case was opened under article 131 (Rape committed by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, writes RIA.
