Microsoft has stopped making Xbox consoles

Microsoft has announced the end of production of all Xbox One consoles. The company previously announced the end of production of the Xbox One X and Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, but the regular Xbox One S continued to be produced and sold worldwide.

According to The Verge.

“In order to focus on production of the Xbox Series X/S, we have ceased production of all Xbox One consoles by the end of 2020,” — said Cindy Walker, senior director of product marketing for Xbox.

Analysts estimate that Microsoft has sold approximately 56 million previous generation Xbox One consoles.
