There is only one King of Pop, and his name is Michael Jackson. Lawyers who manage the estate of the deceased pop star have warned the VRT that they can no longer use ‘King of Pop’ for the program of the same name on radio station Studio Brussel. “It’s cool in itself that they know we exist there, but a bit silly that they worry about it,” responds presenter Stijn Van de Voorde. A trademark law professor tells whether the channel would do well to change the name of the program.
