Miami: The match between Jewish and Catholic schools ended in a fight

A high school championship football game between a Jewish day school and a Catholic Miami school ended in a fight on the field.
JTA reported.
TBA that at least one person was injured. Catholics yelled anti-Semitic slurs, including “Hitler was right”, which caused a brawl.
and students at Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School. The two schools said in a joint statement that a “physical altercation” ensued after the match, in which the Jews lost.
“It is worrying that students at Archbishop Coleman Carroll School may have made anti-Semitic comments or gestures at the beginning of the incident, although the two schools are still under initial investigation,” the statement said.
A fight broke out at a soccer game btwn Hillel, a Jewish school and Archbishop Coleman Carroll,a Catholic school. Students report hearing Archbishop kids hurling antisemitic slurs throughout the fight.

According to one eyewitness, a Jewish student suffered a concussion, although the school only confirmed that the spectator was injured.
