Mercedes recalls more than 800 thousand cars

Mercedes has decided to recall more than 800 thousand vehicles worldwide due to malfunctions that can lead to fires. This is stated in a letter from the company to customers.

The problem that caused the recall of a large number of cars is a malfunction of the coolant pump. In some cases, there is a possibility of fire. Since car owners cannot go to service centers due to a shortage of spare parts, there is a need to recall cars.

According to TechnoPixel, models GLC, GLE, GLS, classes C, E and S, CLS are being recalled with engines OM654 or OM656. These cars were produced between 2017 and fall 2021. The company says it is trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
