Prince Harry's wife Meghan Markle was sued by her own sister for $75,000.
According to Entertainment Tonight, her half-sister Samantha Markle filed a libel suit.
According to her, Megan is accused of defamation based on “obviously false and malicious statements” in front of an “audience around the world”.
She was offended by Markle and Harry Oprah Winfrey's 2021 interview. According to the plaintiff, her sister's comments about were “a lie aimed at destroying a reputation that humiliated, shamed and hated on a global scale.”
She denied Meghan's claims that she did not spend much time with Samantha as a child. Moreover, she refuted the claim that she allegedly “dropped out of high school.”
In this interview, Samantha is seeking $75,000 in damages and a jury trial.
