Delicatessen chefs and confectioners have prepared an unusual and varied menu from ready-made sets food and individual dishes for those who want their festive table to be a source of pride and be sure to please the guests.

On the menu:

-Traditional festive fish dishes: pieces of stuffed carp and fish meatballs, which must be served with red horseradish, fish cakes with pepper and pickled lemon, and stuffed carp head;

– Fresh Norwegian salmon marinated with fennel, tarragon and orange peel;

– Chicken in dried fruits – oven-baked Moroccan thighs with apricots, raisins, almonds and cinnamon sticks;
– Duck legs in Hungarian paprika with mushroom dumplings and garlic confit;
– Whole duck baked with oranges, anise and ginger – served with candied orange slices;
– Roast beef slowly cooked with lots of onions, beef broth and thyme;
– Lamb shank baked in a charcoal oven with garlic and lamb broth;
– Pears cooked in red wine with cloves and anise;
– Russian potato salad with peas, carrots, pickles and mayonnaise;

– Traditional Apple Crispy shortcrust pastry tart stuffed with Smith apples, raisins and cinnamon, recommended to be served with vanilla ice cream;
– Honey tart with sweet mascarpone cheese and pine nuts;
– Cake “Ginger” fragrant cakes topped with whipped cream and crème fraîche;
