On Saturday, August 13, a 14-year-old girl was killed by a car in Petah Tikva. Liron Brami recently moved with her mother and younger brother from Petah Tikva to Sderot. According to her aunt, the girl was about to say goodbye to her friends when the tragedy occurred. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where she died. “As far as we understand, she and a friend who was with her were walking. Liron apparently crossed the road and was hit by a car,” the woman said in a comment to Channel 12. The second girl is in a state of shock. The police launched an investigation. According to investigators, the car that hit the girl ran a red light.
