The government of Montenegro has announced a three-day national mourning for the victims of the mass shooting in Cetinje, where 11 people were killed and 6 more were injured.

It should be reminded that on Friday, August 12, a man opened fire on people. His motives are still unclear. According to the police, the suspect V.B. first fired a hunting rifle at a family that rented a place from him. After that, he went out into the street and started shooting indiscriminately at passers-by.
