Lebanese concerned about Hamas plans to attack Israel

Lebanese security officials are concerned about the plans of a local cell of the terrorist organization Hamas to attack Israel from the southern part of the country.

This was reported on Saturday, January 7, by a local edition of the Beirut Observer.

The news website published a list of Hamas members who were involved in planning the attacks. Samir Fendi, Hassan Farhat, Nadim Dawabsha and Ahmed Hamdan Abdullah were in it.

It is specified that Lebanese security officials criticized Hezbollah's inaction, since any operation against Israel would put the country at risk.
