Landslides in Colombia: at least 14 victims
At least 14 people were killed in a landslide in Colombia that killed at least 14 people.
It happened as a result of heavy rains.
< br /> At least 29 people were injured in a landslide in the western Colombian city of Dosquebradas, according to local authorities.
At least one person is missing, according to the mayor of the neighboring city of Pereira, Carlos Maya.< br />
Fire and rescue services from Dosquebradas and Pereira are on the scene.
“For safety reasons, we have decided to evacuate 15 houses located nearby,” Maya said.
