Labor minister calls for sanctions against Israelis

The Minister of Labor spoke in favor of sanctions against Israelis

Labor and Welfare Minister Meir Cohen said in the morning news on Channel 12 that if Omicron spreads, it is possible that Israel will come to the same measures as Germany.

New rules for arriving in Ben Gurion will come into effect this evening.
All those arriving from abroad are required to undergo three days of isolation. The minister also recalled more than half a million Israelis who have not yet been vaccinated and spoke out unequivocally for imposing sanctions against them, following the example of Germany and Austria.
