Keanu Reeves to star in Martin Scorsese's series about a serial killer

Keanu Reeves is in talks with streaming service Hulu to star in a series based on Eric Larson's 2003 novel The Devil in the White City.

“The Devil in the White City” tells the story of serial killer Henry H. Holmes, who created his own pharmaceutical Death Castle – the hotel in which he seduced, tortured and killed young women.

In case of successful negotiations, the actor will play the first major role in the series. The project has been in various stages of development since Leonardo DiCaprio acquired the rights to the book in 2010 and planned to shoot a feature film based on it with Martin Scorsese.
