Kazakhstan: presidential residence cordoned off
In the afternoon, on January 6, the military cordoned off the territory of the residence of the President of Kazakhstan.
According to media reports, the pedestrian crossing was blocked, and there is a cordon of security forces near the building.
Meanwhile, there are still reports of shooting in the center of Almaty. It is known that there are wounded, but their number has not been specified.
