Jerusalem prepares for the first snow

Forecasters reported that the first snow might fall in Jerusalem.

This forecast was made against the backdrop of snowfall in the Golan Heights.

Emergency, rescue and medical services are preparing for a severe storm expected to last until Thursday.

According to the police, the main roads in the Golan are closed to traffic. Classes at schools were also canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
