Japan intends to ease COVID restrictions

Against the backdrop of a decrease in the number of people infected with coronavirus, Japan will ease COVID restrictions.
Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced this.
According to him, restrictions in the country will be eased from May 8.
The Japanese Prime Minister stressed that the obligation to wear masks in public places will still apply.
