Night in the Opera
Tour sensation! Classical Italian tenors will perform in Israel, accompanied by the Chamber Opera Symphony Orchestra and three choirs, in an international concert tour.
Performances by Italian tenors – Gabriel Mangoni, Manuel Rodriguez and Rosolino Cardile are a combination of traditional opera, the lightness and depth of voices and the classical sound of the orchestra. The trio will perform under the baton of conductor Dan Rappoport, accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the Chamber Opera and the choir “Maayan”, the choir “Gitit” and the Israel Philharmonic Choir conducted by Leonty Wolf.
Powerful voices, classic Italian sensibility, youthful charisma – this is what distinguishes the trio of Italian tenors. Night in the Opera – this is a noble, elegant and melodic-beautiful modern reading of opera classics.
The tour program will feature only the best arias from popular world operas and Neapolitan songs that have delighted listeners for many years. The trio's repertoire includes: Che gelida manina (La bohème- Puccini), E lucevan le stelle (Tosca – Puccini), La donna è mobile (Rigoletto – Verdi), Brindisi (La Traviata- Verdi), O sole mio, Torna a surriento Mamma, Funiculi funiculà, Core’ngrato.
Unique voices, symphony orchestra, three choirs with performances all over the country, live sound – Israel expects a real international festival of opera.
