Israeli arrested in US on suspicion of $47 million fraud

35-year-old Israeli Yossi Angel, who is accused of defrauding dozens of religious Jews out of $47 million, was arrested yesterday at Los Angeles Airport in the United States shortly before flying to Israel.
Anhjel has been taken to the city's district court and will remain in custody until the end of his trial.
If found guilty, he could face up to 20 years in prison for a multi-million dollar swindle to finance a luxury image life.
