The eclipse will begin at 12:58 pm, with the maximum solar occultation at 2:12 pm. The natural event will end at 15:22.

According to the Israel Space Agency, the Moon is expected to cover about 41-47% of the Sun during the eclipse for viewers watching the event from Israel. For observers from Western Russia and Kazakhstan, the Moon will cover as much as 82% of the Sun.

The next solar eclipse in Israel is expected on August 2, 2027.
