 Israel Institute of Technology receives first research MRI

On June 26, a Siemens research MRI machine was installed at the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion). This is the first research MRI machine of its kind in northern Israel. It will operate as part of the MRI Research Center.

The new center, operated by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, will serve researchers, faculty and students to conduct interdisciplinary research in several scientific and medical fields.
