Most parts of the country received more precipitation than usual due to January storms.
Along the central and southern coasts, 150% more precipitation fell than the average for this period. In some places, the amount of precipitation exceeded the norm by 180%.
In the north and in the highlands, precipitation was 110-140% more than the average for this period, and near the Kinneret and the Golan Heights, their amount is approaching to the average for this season.
