 Israel: first graders to be taught English online by foreign teachers

The Israeli Ministry of Education recently signed an agreement with Helen Doron Connect, a company that provides education for children, teenagers and adults through a unique online platform. Helen Doron Connect is an online English learning brand from the Helen Doron Education Group, which has been specializing in English language learning for children and young people for over 37 years.

As part of the agreement, the company will conduct a three-year online pilot project. – Teaching children in grades 1 and 2 during school time. The pilot will begin next month in about 20 schools across the country, one hour a week in different cities: Haifa, Petah Tikva, Rosh HaAyin, Eilat, Gush Etzion, Tire, Taiba and others. Through this online program, Helen Doron will study on a unique platform designed for small group online classes with tutors from overseas.

Helen Doron's unique methodology allows students to learn in a fun, easy way and learn a new language in a natural way. All teaching materials are exclusive and internationally recognized materials of the Helen Doron English language learning methodology.
