 Islamic Jihad member who planned attacks in Israel arrested

The Israel Defense Forces have arrested three people, including an Islamic Jihad member, suspected of planning terrorist attacks in Israel. The arrest was made in a refugee camp near Ramallah. Two brothers were also among the detainees. It is suspected that all three planned to arrange a shooting. During the arrest, one Palestinian was shot in the leg. There were no casualties among the IDF fighters. The father of one of the suspects is expected to appear shortly. Meanwhile, on the night of September 6, the IDF, Maghav, Shin Bet and the police carried out another raid in Judea and Samaria as part of the counter-terrorist Operation Breakwater.

A total of 10 terrorist suspects were arrested. Arrested persons and confiscated weapons have been handed over for further investigation.
