Tennis stars in Iraq cancel Bucharest tournament because of Israelis

Iraqi tennis stars Nasr Mahdi and Mohammad Al-Mahdi withdrew from the Bucharest Open because they didn't want to play against an Israeli opponent. It is reported by the President of the Iraqi Tennis Federation Majid. The Iraqi team against the Israeli team was supposed to fight at the beginning of the championship. The competition will last until August 18. In January of this year, 14-year-old Kuwaiti tennis player Muhammad Al-Awadi also refused to participate in an international tournament held in the UAE so as not to play against an Israeli opponent.
