In Iran, several followers of the Bahá'í religion, the largest religious minority in Iran, have been arrested on charges of spying for Israel. According to local media, this is reported by the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence. The agency announced that the suspects were connected “with the Baha'i center in Israel.” They allegedly collected and transmitted information to the Jewish state.
