India: Swank Dog Party Ends With Arrests
In India, two brothers organized a luxurious birthday party for their dog.
The owners of the dog spent about 700,000 rupees on the celebration, hired organizers, a singer , ordered a huge cake.
However, according to The Times of India, the party ended earlier than planned. The police broke into the holiday and arrested the brothers for violating quarantine restrictions.
