Central Bank of Venezuela for the first time in three years has published a report on the level of inflation in the country.
Central Bank of Venezuela announced that in 2018, the inflation reached 130 060%, and in April of this year, there was the figure of 33.8%.
In the release, the Central Bank reported that in January had the highest increase in consumer prices in 196,6% in February − 114,4%, and in March and 34.8 per cent, reports the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
Thus in 2017, the inflation amounted to 862,6%, and in 2016 − 274%.
The last report of the Central Bank of Venezuela published in 2015, when the level of the accumulated annual inflation rate amounted to 180,9%.
