In the Black Sea, near the Danube Delta, a large-scale traffic jam has formed from dozens of ships loaded with Ukrainian grain.
This is reported by the Focus edition. ; with reference to data from the monitoring service Marinetraffic.
Ships near the Danube Delta are waiting to enter the Romanian Sulina Canal. The situation is complicated by the fact that the canal is one-way, and ships can wait a long time for their turn.
In total, about 130 ships gathered near the Danube Delta.
