In Russia, the protection of military registration and enlistment offices is being strengthened after a series of attacks and arsons.

This was stated by Alexander Khinshtein, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy. According to him, the National Guard took measures to protect the military registration and enlistment offices.

“Due to the increased attacks on the military registration and enlistment offices, the National Guard has taken measures to protect them. In a number of cities, including Moscow, near the buildings of the military registration and enlistment offices, groups of detention of the non-departmental security guards (OVO) of the Russian Guard are deployed. In addition, throughout the country, they are included in the patrol routes of OVO crews,” Khinshtein writes in Telegram.

In addition, the official noted that cases have already been recorded when intruders who tried to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office were caught red-handed.
