In Russia, the mayor of the Trans-Baikal city of Sretensk, Yevgeny Kirgizov, got drunk and attacked policemen with an axe. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee, Russian media write.
The department reported that on the evening of March 10, police officers stopped a car driven by a drunken mayor.
” ; In order to obstruct the legitimate demands of the police, the head of the urban settlement tried to hit the employees with an ax. One of the police officers neutralized the suspect, snatching the ax from his hands,” the Investigative Committee reports.
The Investigative Committee does not name the brawler, but the Russian media write that it is Yevgeny Kirgizov.
