In Omsk, mobilized Stanislav Rybnikov almost stabbed the commander by putting a knife to his throat.
According to the Air Force, he was called guilty under articles on the threat to kill (part 2 of article 119 of the Criminal Code Russian Federation) and violence against the commander during the period of mobilization (part 3 of article 334 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), for which the Russian was given six years in prison.
a hunting knife to his throat in order to “achieve a reduction in his exactingness towards his subordinates.”
The defendant pleaded guilty only partially. He does not agree with the qualification – “violence against the boss”.
