Two incidents of jackal attacks on kibbutzim in northern Israel

On Friday, January 13, a woman was attacked by a jackal on Kibbutz Shamir in the Upper Galilee.

This happened a week after a similar incident in the same kibbutz, when two people.

The day before, a jackal bit a woman in a kibbutz located not far from Beit Shean. As a result of yesterday's and today's cases, both victims were slightly injured.

The animals that attacked people were captured and sent to the laboratory to find out if the jackals were infected with rabies.
