According to her, Russian soldiers detain not only activists or participants in the ATO/JFO, but also men who have nothing to do with military service, on the streets of the city. and those who did not come out to rallies against the occupation.

According to witnesses, there are more than 10 civilians in the premises of the Kakhovka police, some of them have been kept there for several weeks. Men are tortured with stun guns and beaten.

The Russian military treat those who are related to power structures – territorial defense fighters and former participants of the ATO/OOS with particular cruelty.
