A TV that conveys the taste of products was invented in Japan

In Japan, a prototype TV screen has been developed that can mimic food preferences. It is called 'Taste the TV'.
The device uses a carousel of 10 flavors that combine to create the flavor of a particular food. They are then sprayed onto a hygienic film of a flat screen TV so that the viewer can taste it.

“The goal is to give people the opportunity to taste food in a restaurant on the other side of the world, even staying at home, '' said Meiji University professor Khomei Miyashita, reports Reuters.

The scientist works with a team of 30 students who have created various devices for flavoring. For example, a plug that makes the taste richer.

According to Miyashit, in the future, if the TV is released on the market, it will cost about $ 875.

The professor is convinced that that such devices will be useful for sommeliers or chefs studying remotely. At the same time, he expects to create a platform where users from all over the world can download and enjoy different flavors.
