In Argentina, fishermen found the remains of a man who disappeared in the south of the country on February 18 inside a shark. The Associated Press writes about this.
The family of 32-year-old Diego Barria identified the body thanks to a tattoo. To make sure, the remains will be sent for DNA testing.
Diego was last seen on an all-terrain vehicle off the coast in the southern province of Chubut. The damaged ATV was found on February 20 on a beach near Rocas Coloradas, but there was no sign of Barria near it.
Two fishermen on Sunday told the Coast Guard that while cleaning three sharks caught near the site where there was a Barria ATV, they found human remains in one of them. Judging by the tattoo, they belonged to Diego Barria.
Law enforcers continue to investigate what happened to the missing man. It is assumed that the man had an accident and his body fell into the sea due to the tide.
