IDF tightens security measures in Judea and Samaria

The IDF is stepping up security measures in Judea and Samaria against the backdrop of today's operation in Jenin.
In particular, it was decided to send an additional battalion there for two days.
The corresponding decision was made following an assessment of the security situation. It is clarified that there will be no curfew for military personnel.
Earlier, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi instructed the military to increase the level of combat readiness against the backdrop of threats from terrorist organizations to avenge the death of terrorists in Jenin.
